This place is amazing! by AYA at Citysearch (03/10/11) I have been getting my hair straightened here for a few days now and I love it! Yes it gets crowded and its an assembly line and you may need to blow dry your own hair but it is all worth it. My hair is extrememly thick and I get charged. But it is worth every penny. Go there with your hair washed already (shampoo only) so that they can put the chemicals i your hair right away. Go here! This place is amazing! I can't say enough about service here by Tomomi yena at Citysearch (02/11/11) A few days ago, I went to kayi day spa. and I did Japanese hair straightening!! I heard, they have new staff~ ^^ The straightening itself only took 2 hours! The last hour included a nice shoulder/back message, blow-drying, and chit-chatting. I left a big tip as I was extremely satisfied by their service and the quality of their work. The end product looked amazing. I also bought their shampoo and conditioner as every all-natural, chemical hair products I buy in stores are hopeless to my hair. I usually get my hair done in Asia when I travel each year and I boast about how great their service is, HAYATO definitely met and may have exceeded any hair salons I've been to in other salon. Coco Y. (8/12/2011) I just got the micro derma and really liked the results. It also included the pearl facial mask so for one price it felt like I got a package treatment. Don't quote me on the names, but I think that's what they were called. I don't understand all the negative reviews, but maybe it's a New York thing of not being overly gushing, which sometimes I find annoying, and just giving efficient service. Sometimes I think customers need to check their behavior as well. I have tried all their services, from manicures to hair cuts, and now skin care, and although it's not your typical lux spa setting I like the products they use, and the care is in the treatments. joanne M. (8/13/2011) I have known Miss Kayi for more than 15 years. I had no idea how good  she was with tattoos and have always been  afraid of having done " Eye brow tattoos" by anyone (I do not have even my ears pierced at age 55). I practice holistic medicine in Southampton and am against any form of body piercings : belly button, tongue and multiple ear piercings including taboos. I often find some illnesses just do not heal because of energy blockage from the scars created from above procedures (should have checked for energy blockages). So,  I should be the last person to have the tattoo done. But I have been tired of doing eye make ups every morning before my boy friend sees my naked face. It was very annoying. Oh, what a relief !. I save so much time now and look great without any eye make ups. Kayi is really great and I can say she is "tattoo master".  She knows how to choose the color and read the facial geometry. She was also very quick with the procedure and pain was minimum. I highly recommend Kayi and I am recommending her to Salons in Southampton.

Great nail place by Washington (Oct 19, 2010) This is a 5 star experience and an A+ experience! I usually don't have time so I'm not really going salon and spa reguarly. But this time I was perfactly satisfied because the service was good and I also was able to save my time being served both facial and nail. Kayi, the spa owner, with great skin I might add, welcomed me into the salon. After an hour of microdermabrasion, masks, extractions, my skin was left wonderfully clean and glowing for days. I also got nail service as well. My nail technician was exceptionally thorough, detailed, accurate and took the time to make my nails perfect! They are wonderful to type with ! I have long gel nails but not too long. If you want to get an excellent, not just good, Gel Nail job done, you need to leave at least 1.5 hours to get them done properly. If you go to other salons that do gel... you can expect to get cheated on the time they spend with you and therefore you WILL be guaranteed a much poorer quality job. It takes TIME to do a quality "bang-up" job! People are nice and the price is reasonable and it is even so worth it!
