Sonia began her career as real estate agent in 1998, and she is a partner broker/owner and CMO at Top Realty Group. Sonia received BA at Sogang University, Seoul, Korea and BFA at Parsons School of Design in New York.

Sonia has International Baccalaureate from West London College in London, England.

Sonia studied in Germany for her middle school and high school.

All her stays in different countries in her

youth built her character of flexibility, understanding and goodness.

She has excellent communication skills with different languages and in different cultures.

Sang Chang a.k.a. "friendly Sam" is the Broker, Founder and Owner of TOP Realty. As Broker/CEO, Sang is busy managing the firm and 1-on-1-coaching 150 associates within Top Realty Group. To the public, Sang is a popular Real Estate Columnist in Korean Community in New York and New Jersey. He wrote his real estate columns at Korea Daily News and various magazines. He continues writing his columns at Real Estate Section of Miju Economics, Bergen News and Dr. Kim's Shopping Guide. He produced his Real Estate Q&A programs at popular Korean TV channels. Upon his retirement from from life-long business of I.T. and Management Consulting (2002), he became a real estate agent to explore more "meaningful in his life" career opportunity. He earned Master's Degree in Computer & Information Science from New Jersey Institute of Technology (1985) and MBA from University of North Carolina at Greensboro (1983). He received BA in English at Sogang University (1979) and graduated from Kyungbok High School (1971). In his youth in early 70's in Korea, he created the legendary folk group, "Haebaragi" (meaning "Sun Flower"). He has been contributing his musical talents for local communities like assisted living, local realtor boards and various communities.
