Grand Corp. offers professional construction services through a variety of contracting methods. We provide general contracting services. We also offer project delivery through methods such as Construction Manager-as-Advisor, Construction Manager-as-Agent, or Construction Manager-as-Constructor.

All of these various delivery methods are designed to provide the Owner with maximum value in facilities construction, operation, and maintenance while ensuring that the project is completed in the shortest possible time and the least amount of cost for a given scope.

Our Project Managers provide management direction and guidance to the on-site project teams through administrative direction of personnel, contract management, budget control, and cost adherence as well as overseeing implementation of company's Safety and Quality control Programs. The Project Manager serves as the liason for client, architect, and engineeringcontacts to facilitate construction activities.

Schematic designing is a process of establishing the project's general condition, its design concept, and the scale of its constituents and their relations. The basic conceptionof the schematic design process is bridged to construction document phase through design development, which defines and describes the crucial factors of the project.

It is a process of providing a solution to the problems revealed in the schematic designing, and setting up a basic system for the project. Basic drawings fro planning, structure, landscape, civil engineering and building systems are produced at this stage, where the scale and features of the project is clearly determined.



Definitive design is the process where decisions made in design development phase are finalized and transferred to construction documents. These documents, providing the basis on which estimation on construction related factors to the contractor, and determine their respective roles.
